Yalla BBis a peer-to-peer platform that allows users in the Middle East to buy and sell second-hand fashion items. Our mission is to promote sustainable fashion by giving new life to pre-loved clothing and accessories.

Anyone aged 18 and above can create an account and participate in buying or selling items on the platform. We welcome users from all over the Middle East. Minors car use it too if they are over 12, provided their parents grant them permission by filling the permissioning form.

No, we only allow one account per user to maintain the integrity of our marketplace. If you have multiple accounts, we may ask you to consolidate them.

To buy an item, simply browse through our listings, select the item you’re interested in, and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. You can filter items by category, size, color, brand and price.

We accept cards payments only. Please check the payment section during checkout for specific options.

We encourage sellers to provide clear photos and descriptions of their items. Buyers can communicate directly with sellers to ask questions about authenticity before making a purchase.

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you with the return or resolution process.

Once a purchase is confirmed, you can’t cancel the transaction. We recommend reviewing item details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns are generally accepted only if the item is not as described. Please review our return policy for specific details and conditions.

To sell items, create an account, and click on “Sell.” You’ll be prompted to upload photos, write a description, and set a price for your item. Once your listing is live, potential buyers can view it.

We do not charge charge any commission to the sellers. There are no hidden fees!

After a successful sale, you’ll receive instructions on how to package and ship the item. We partner with a reliable delivery provider who will handle the process from A to Z.

Include details such as brand, size, condition (new or used), measurements, and any flaws or defects. The more information you provide, the more confident buyers will feel.

Yes, you can edit your listing at any time to update details, change the price, or add new photos. Just go to your profile and select the item you wish to edit.

If your item is not sold within 3 month, it will automatically be deleted unless you reduce the price.

Your account will always stay active provided you log in at least once a month. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.

Once an item is sold, you have 48h to get in touch with our shipping patner and arrange delivery.

Once the buyer confirms they have received the item and are satisfied, your payment will be processed. This usually takes 3-5 business days. It may take longer to appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing time.

Take high-quality photos, write detailed descriptions, and be responsive to inquiries. Listing your items at competitive prices can also help attract buyers.

Yes, we prioritize user privacy and security. All personal information is encrypted and securely stored. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

We offer buyer protection, which includes secure payment processing and a return policy for items that are not as described. We will not release the funds to the seller until the goods are approved by the buyer,thanks to our Buyer Protection insurance. Sellers are encouraged to provide accurate listings to maintain their reputation.

After each transaction, buyers and sellers can rate each other based on their experience. This helps build trust within the community and encourages users to provide quality service. If no rating is entered and the sale was completed succesfully a 5 star rating will be auto-generated by the app.
