Welcome to Yalla BB, our peer-to-peer fashion marketplace that allows users to buy and sell second-hand fashion items. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
1.1 Marketplace: Refers to Yalla BB, including its website and mobile application.
1.2 User: Refers to any individual who registers, browses, buys, or sells items through the Marketplace.
1.3 Seller: Refers to a User who lists items for sale on the Marketplace.
1.4 Buyer: Refers to a User who purchases items from the Marketplace.
1.5 Items: Refers to the second-hand fashion items listed for sale on the Marketplace.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Yalla BB. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Minors car use it too if they are over 12, provided their parents grant them permission by filling the permissioning form.
2.2 By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To access certain features of Yalla BB, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Listing Items
4.1 Sellers may list Items for sale by providing accurate descriptions, including brand, size, condition, and any defects.
4.2 All listings must comply with our Prohibited Items Policy, which prohibits the sale of counterfeit goods, illegal items, and any other items not permitted under UAE law.
4.3 We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
5. Buying Items
5.1 Buyers can purchase Items listed on Yalla BB by following the checkout process.
5.2 By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified price, including any applicable comissions, shipping fees and taxes.
5.3 All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
6. Payment
6.1 Payments for transactions will be processed through our secure payment gateway. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
6.2 Sellers will receive payment after the Buyer confirms receipt of the Item and is satisfied with the purchase.
7. Shipping
7.1 Sellers are responsible for shipping Items to Buyers within 48h.
7.2 Our own shipping service partner will then ensure timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss of items.
8. Returns and Disputes
8.1 We encourage Buyers to carefully review Item descriptions before purchasing. Returns are accepted only if the Item does not match the description or is defective.
8.2 In case of disputes between Buyers and Sellers, we encourage both parties to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, our customer support team can mediate.
9. User Conduct
9.1 Users agree to engage in respectful and honest interactions. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to check all comunication done over the plateform.
9.2 Users may not create multiple accounts, manipulate feedback, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Marketplace's functionality.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Yalla BB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Marketplace or any Items purchased.
11.2 We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of Items listed by Sellers.
12. Amendments
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Marketplace.
12.2 Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Marketplace. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
